Who: Killers and Pearl
When: The sixth night
Where: The jungles of Ship-Trap Island

[ It's the dead of night in the jungle. Considering the Hunt, you have to wonder if you're actually safe out here, but it at least seems quiet. Maybe you could try getting some rest, or maybe you should keep watch. Either way, that quiet may not seem very comforting. ]

[ ... not comforting is right. rest is about the last thing on pearl's mind, and her current plan is... to wander, keep moving, in an attempt to keep her thoughts from settling too much on the bad things. to talk with who she can.

but it's a while in that she thinks she-- should take a break. so she decides to lean back on a tree, settle, breathe, though she doesn't quite sit just yet. ]

What am I missing...?

[ ... not that she's even close to relaxing anyway. her eyes continue to scan the area around her, as she mumbles to herself. ]
